Hutch messages and Information Architecture!

I call from a Hutch prepaid phone, and it tells me after the call
"Your last call charges were...blah"

Then I decide to send a message(sms) from Hutch and it says
"Your last call charges were...blah"

Why should it be a call charge when I send a message?

How about saying
"Your last communication was charged...blah"

"Communication" would encapsulate both calls and messages sent!

It is as generic as a transaction at a bank or an ATM, where we are abstracting whether it was a deposit or withdrawal or a draft issuance.

It's time we looked ahead of time...
